Skip the waiting room. Existing patients can request a repeat script, a medical certificate or a repeat referral online.

Every request is assessed by one of our practitioners, who will approve it on clinical grounds or explain why not. These are private billing services — you're only charged if your request is approved.

Before you request

Repeat scripts
  • This is a private billing service. Payment is authorised when you submit, and taken when your request is approved.
  • No refunds are issued for change of mind once a request has been approved.
  • Your script may be completed by any practitioner at this practice.
  • Every request is assessed by a practitioner, who will approve it on clinical grounds or give a reason for rejecting it. If it's rejected, you may need to book a consultation.
  • You can request more than one medication in a single form, but the request is processed as a whole — partial scripts aren't issued.
  • Approved scripts are sent electronically. We don't issue paper scripts for online requests.
Medical certificates
  • This is a private billing service. Payment is authorised when you submit, and taken when your certificate is approved.
  • No refunds are issued for change of mind.
  • Certificates can't be backdated. They're issued for a single day, dated the day you make the request.
  • If you need a certificate for multiple days, or for someone under 16, please book a consultation with a GP instead.
Repeat referrals
  • This is a private billing service. Payment is authorised when you submit, and taken when your referral is approved.
  • Referrals can't be backdated.
  • Every request is assessed by a practitioner, who will approve it on clinical grounds or give a reason for rejecting it. If it's rejected, you may need to book a consultation.
  • Approved referral letters are sent electronically. We don't issue printed letters for online requests.

If you are feeling unwell with any respiratory symptoms (such as a cough, sore throat, runny nose, or fever), we kindly ask that you do not attend the clinic in person.

Please complete a covid test and call Centrehealth on 9576 5422 with the result and we will advise next steps. Where appropriate, your appointment may be changed to telehealth.

Masks are not mandatory but appreciated if you have symptoms.
