Dr Nick Roubos
MBBS, FRACGP
Nick graduated from Monash University in 1991. He then trained with The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, achieving his fellowship in 1994.
Nick established Centrehealth in 1999 and has remained dedicated to providing high-quality medical care for 25 years.
Nick offers a range of services including acupuncture and hypnotherapy. He has a passion for gardening, enjoys cooking and spending time with his family.

Dr Monique Mortale
MBBS, BSc(Hons)/BA
Dr Monique is a dedicated and compassionate GP registrar with a holistic approach to family medicine. As both a doctor and a mother of three young children, she brings not only medical expertise but also lived experience to her care — especially in the areas of women’s health, children’s health, and breastfeeding medicine. Monique enjoys all aspects of general practice and takes pride in building long-term, trusted relationships with her patients. Outside of work, Monique enjoys Pilates, baking, and spending quality time with her family. She values balance and wellbeing, both for herself and her patients. Monique is fluent in English and Italian and is Deaf aware. Availability: Dr Monique consults on Mondays, Wednesdays, and alternating Friday and Saturday mornings.
She welcomes new and returning patients of all ages.

What is a GP Registrar?
GP Registrars are fully qualified doctors who are completing their specialised pathway to General Practice. They have graduated from medical school, worked in hospitals, and are now broadening their General Practitioners experience as part of this program authorised and managed by RACGP.
