The following services are bulk billed for eligible patients. MyMedicare registration is required for Health Assessments.

Additional Information

  • Your doctor may or may not bulk bill (All billing decisions are at the doctor's discretion and depend on time taken, number of issues, and complexity).

  • Payment of the total fee will be expected on the day and payable by Eftpos or credit card

  • We do not accepts private insurance

  • If more than one person is seen in the same appointment, fees will reflect the additional time and complexity.

  • Please inform us if this appointment is WorkCover, TAC or insurance related.

  • All procedures are privately billed, with an out-of-pocket difference depending on the extent of the procedure. Please discuss procedure fees with your doctor prior to attending for the procedure.

Cancellation Policy

A $45 fee may apply if you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice. We’ll send you a reminder the day before—please make sure your contact details are up to date

Telehealth & Phone Consults

Telehealth and phone consultations are available for patients who have attended the clinic in person within the past 12 months, in line with Medicare requirements. Fees are the same as in-person visits, with a reduced fee for online pre-paid bookings.

New Patient

Longer appointments are required for new patients. A reduced fee may apply if required forms are completed and submitted 4 hours in advance and you arrive on time. Please bring your Medicare card and ensure all Health Care Card and concession details are available and up to date. Please inform us if this appointment is WorkCover, TAC or insurance related. Telehealth appointments are only available for patients who have attended the clinic at least once in the 12 months prior.

Casual Enquiries

Doctors or nurses do not take calls or visits or make calls or visits unless arranged prior through reception. All inquiries will be appropriately triaged and the response if any, may be billed accordingly.
